This course is designed to give participants who are experienced HR professionals the chance to learn more about the HR business model and to refresh their knowledge and skills in the rapidly changing modern world. During the one-week course, delegates will learn a number of methods and principles which will give them an understanding of how an effective HR system works, and how they can implement certain procedures that will help them and their personnel function better as a team.
This interactive training unit is designed to introduce trainees to some of the basic principles of refrigeration system operation, details explanation of mechanical refrigeration system cycle components (surge drum, expansion valve, chiller, refrigeration compressor, and condenser), and to conduct design, operation, control system, maintenance, improve efficiency and troubleshooting of refrigeration system for natural gas processing. After completing this unit, trainees should be able to have knowledgeable and real experience field of natural gas propane refrigeration system plant.
Modern fluid flow control techniques in fluid systems that are encountered in the process and chemical industry, involve the control of flow rate; measurements of pressure and temperature; and, other quantities at upstream and downstream locations. They also involve a means for enabling the passing of maximum flow rate in case of emergencies. Fluid movers such as pumps and compressors of various designs have their own flow control devices for regulating flow rates, pressures, and in some cases, motor loads (variable speed motors or variable speed couplings). Control valves play a major role in fluid flow control. They are used for pressure reduction, control of delivery flow rates, back pressure control, pressure relief, etc.
